My latest theme is a three column, adsense ready stand alone theme based on the famous K2 theme. The theme comes with a default plum color and two color options, cherry and blueberry.
Download & Installation
Download from the link below, unzip and upload to your themes folder (wpcontent/themes). Choose Adsense Flavors in the Presentation tab of your dashboard. To change from the default plum color to the cherry or blueberry option go to K2 Options and choose either cherry or blueberry in the Style drop down menu.

Adding your Own Google Adsense ID
The header takes a 160 x 600 banner and the sidebar, text ads.
To input your own Google Adsense code for the header, open up header_ad.php and replace with your own code.
To input your own Google Adsense Client ID for the sidebar open up adsense_sidebar.php and replace the google ID with your own ID on line 2.
Replacing the Header Ad with Google Search Box
Open up google_search.php and completely replace the code with your google search code. In header.php replace line 117 with the following <?php include(’google_search.php’) ?>
To Change Google Search Box Background Color
To make the Google Search Box background color the same as the grey of the header, open up google_search.php and edit line 2 to read <table border=”0″ bgcolor=”#CDCDCD”>

I made them myself
If you want to learn how to do it I suggest you take a simple theme and play around with the CSS file to learn how it works. I have some posts here that have some basic steps to change the colours images etc.
