I love Wiki’s! Here’s a way to promote your site and add some backlinks with Wikidweb

It’s a nice resource. You do need to register to add entries, due to some recent vandalism. Why is there always an idiot that wants to spoil other people’s work?

Sounds like a cool idea, but a bit risky for my tastes. You have to remember that people like to spam the heck out of wikis. I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t want my link alongside hundereds of spam links.

Cool! I first tried to get a DMOZ entry YEARS ago to no avail at all! I’ll go and check them out now. Good spot there.

Far easier to get a backlink than DMOZ. Hopefully this grows like any other open source project and eventually become an authority site.
It might become a open directory like DMOZ if they review each inclusion. Google is rather particular about directories that do not review inclusion manually.
