It’s been almost a month since my last report so here’s my progress so far.
I now have 11 stores. It’s been fun developing the stores but hard work to make them different from all the other stores out there!My traffic has been somewhat erratic, mainly I think due to Google! For one of my stores I tend to check how it’s doing in Google by using one of the less competitive keywords. Some days that keyword is #1 then it drops out of sight! That’s happened more than once so I don’t think it can be the sandbox effect. My traffic drops through the floor of course when this happens. At the moment it’s back up there at the top so I’m keeping my fingers crossed it stays there now.

Want to add a slideshow of eBay items on offer to your blog. It’s easy with eBay To Go
Choose the items you wan to include, add your affiliate i.d. and paste the code provided into your blog. If you’re using a wysiwyg editor change from visual to code before pasting into your post or page.

I recently signed up as an associate of Amazon. I don’t know if it’s just me but I find their associate pages very confusing!
There doesn’t seem to be a way to make a feed that includes articles/books filtered for your keywords. If anyone knows how to do it please share with us! I’ve searched through the forum and haven’t found anything. The best that seems to be possible is to make a feed with their own selection of articles/books from broad categories. Even then I found it hard to sort out how to do it.

Domain Tools has some good tools to optimise your site, or to see details of your opposition’s sites! Plug in the URL and you’re given a page with all the usual Whois data plus some SEO information. I plugged in google.com and found the information below.
